What Oddy is
Oddy compares prices. It shows what regulated sportsbooks and prediction markets pay for the same bet, ranked, with a link out to the venue. Oddy does not take bets, hold money, or place bets for you. Betting happens at the sportsbook or exchange, under their terms.
Oddy is independent. The sportsbooks and exchanges shown here do not sponsor or endorse Oddy. Their names and logos appear only to identify where each price comes from, and they belong to their owners.
Prices can move and can be wrong
Prices come from the venues and change constantly. What we show can lag or, occasionally, be wrong. Always confirm the price at the book before you bet. Nothing on Oddy is betting advice, and we sell no picks.
Age and where you can bet
Oddy is for people of legal betting age, 21 and over in most states, and only where sports betting or event trading is legal. By using Oddy you confirm you are of legal age where you live. Which books we show for your state is our best effort at accuracy, not legal advice.
Referral fees
Some links to sportsbooks may pay us a referral fee if you sign up. That never changes the prices we show or how we rank them. The best price is the best price.
Using Oddy fairly
Oddy is for personal use: finding the best price for your own bets. Do not scrape the site, flood its endpoints, resell its data, or interfere with how it runs. We may limit access that degrades the service for everyone else.
Whose content is whose
The prices belong to the venues that set them. The Oddy name, the design, and the way prices are gathered, checked, and ranked belong to us. Do not reuse them commercially without asking.
No warranties, limited liability
Oddy is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for betting losses or for differences between a price shown here and the price a venue actually offers. If we are ever liable to you despite that, our total liability is capped at one hundred dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by California law, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located in California. Oddy is free to use, so we have kept this simple rather than sending anyone to arbitration.
Changes
We may update these terms as Oddy grows. The date at the top tells you when. Using Oddy after a change means you accept the current version.
